Sports Medicine Association Singapore (SMAS) is the registered society for Sports Medicine and Sports Science professionals in Singapore. Our members represent and embody the multi-disciplinary spirit that is key to the specialty. Our integrated community includes doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, sports nutritionists and dieticians, exercise physiologists, sports scientists and sports psychologists. We are a non-profit organisation committed to the promotion of quality Sports Medicine and Sports Science education to the sporting community in Singapore and beyond.

*Applications made after 30 Sep of each year will be pro-rated (except Student Membership).

 

All memberships are valid till 31 Mar of the following year (for applications till 31 Dec), or the same year (for applications made from 1 Jan to 31 Mar). E.g. application made on 5 Jan 2019 will be pro-rated and will expire on 31 Mar 2019.

 

For applications received in the month of March, we will process the application as for the following term.

E.g. if an application is received in March 2022, we will process the application as for the term 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023.

C. STUDENT MEMBER

i) Medical students

ii) Students of physiotherapy, physical education, sports/exercise science, exercise physiology, sports nutrition, dietetics, podiatry, sports psychology

iii) Students of other professions or fields associated with, or related to, Sports Medicine.
