Mr. Lemuel Lee is a healthcare administrator in Clinical Transformation and Value-Based Care at NHG Health, Singapore. With a background in sports and exercise sciences and experience as an Exercise Physiologist and Operations Manager, he combines clinical insight, operational efficiency, and strategic thinking in healthcare transformation. Trained in sports science with expertise in human physiology, biomechanics, and performance optimisation, Lemuel has applied his skills in both clinical and athletic settings — from developing functional assessment protocols to coaching endurance athletes. A former national-level cyclist, he represented Singapore at the Asian Cycling Championships and UCI AsiaTour. He continues to contribute to the sports community as a cycling coach at CrankSmart, driven by a passion for high-performance coaching and evidence-based endurance training.
